Is there a quick way to schedule maintenance for all entities without using the chat bot?

One way this could be achieved is with a "mass action" feature in the UI, for decommissioning, scheduling maintenance, acknowledging. I have filed #873 and I expect that some variant of this will be ready in a few weeks.
