Flang Rebased Source

All, great news this afternoon for the flang project.  We officially received permission to utilize the rebased flang source from Mark Doffman of CodeThinkLabs.  Mark recently went through the process of rebasing the original flang source and flangrt runtime to the latest LLVM source base.

From Mark's email response: 

"No permission needed, but I'd be very happy if you forked my work as the basis for the renewed project."

I'll be working on the next several days to ensure that flang builds against LLVM Trunk, then immediately push to our Github repo.  We'll initially begin the process of cleaning up the code, documentation and tree structure while we ready the official LLVM source project.  Keep an eye on the mailing list as I'll post a status update once the source is available.
