Hi team! Two quick questions.
1) Does anyone have a point-and-shoot camera, or a nice digital SLR,
that they're planning to take to Belgium? If anyone is a photography
buff, it would be nice to have some archival photos of places we
visit. And a couple of point-and-shoot cameras would be nice for
everything else.
2) Elliot and I have talked about setting up a blog for the trip,
where everyone could post race reports and pictures. I've been
getting a lot of questions about the trip as we get closer. Elliot,
do you want to set that up, or should I? I was going to get really
creative and go for "flanders08.blogspot.com." Is there a way to do a
blog within Google Groups?

I have a point and shoot camera (I have extra batteries and about 1.2
Gig worth of memory cards for my camera just in case I/we go picture
nuts some days) that will be with me and my laptops. If need be, I
can work with a buddy of mine to place the photos on an internet
archival until we get back Stateside for those of us who do not have
laptops.

I have a sweet digital SLR that I'm considering bringing. I also have a smaller digi-cam. I'll certainly bring one or the other. My only concern about the former is its value and bulkiness.
