Hey chickens, just to confirm, practice at 11.00 tomorrow, as usual! Let's get out there and get warmed up early so we can get rolling on time.

Pickups is still going on Sundays, 5.30 at Harmon, and Wednesdays, 5.30 at Sawyer.

Don't miss out for more Ultimate. We had 7's and subs on Wednesday, so let's keep those awesome numbers up.
