AMD Cleanup Utility appears to be stuck and relaunching it will display the following prompt. Depending on the amount of cleaning up that is required, the process may take up to 15-20 minutes to complete. This is not unusual, please allow time for the cleanup process to finish.
For issues during or after running AMD Cleanup Utility, recover the system to its prior state using the Windows System Restore Point (AMD Cleanup Utility Restore Point). This restore point is created by AMD Cleanup Utility before performing any cleanup.
I'm currently transfering almost terrabyte of data so I can do a full format just to be sure, but I don't think it will work. The Cleanup utility seems to have somehow removed important motherboard drivers, and manually reinstalling the drivers doesn't fix it. If a full drive format and reinstall doesn't work it looks like it's a new motherboard because this tool has bricked it.
You should do as was already suggested and remove the mb from all power and drain the caps to remove errata. It is impossible for the AMD utility to do what you suggest as its only function is to remove AMD drivers from a given system which I've used it to perform many times.

When I run the VDA Cleanup utility (with or without a /silent switch) the process immediately exits with no output, and no logs generated (either in Application/System event logs or in %TEMP% where Citrix says they should be). No changes are made whatsoever. It literally does nothing.
Although the VDA cleanup utility back up VDA registry keys before deleting them, Citrix recommends that you back up the registry before running this tool. See Microsoft article How to back up and restore the registry in Windows for information on backing up the registry.
The utility terminates all running VDA processes (if any) after using the standard metainstaller uninstall process. See the Readme file included with the tool for a list of items that are removed during the cleanup process.
The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility (MSICU.exe, MSICUU.exe, MSICUU2.exe) was a software utility for the Microsoft Windows operating system designed to solve uninstallation problems of programs that use the Windows Installer technology. It looks up registry references and files related to Windows Installer that were installed by various programs, and forcibly wipes invalid entries out. It works in all 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows.
Microsoft first released the utility in 1999[1] to help Windows-based computers clean up installed programs that would either refuse or pretend not to remove themselves from the "add/remove programs" feature in Microsoft Windows.
The utility only changes registry values and files associated with Windows Installer and does not remove any files associated with installed programs. Only users who have logged in as system administrators may run the utility.
For developers who have problems with the Windows Installer automatically repairing their own installations on developer machines (when the developer has manually updated some of the binaries), this utility is ideal to remove the Windows Installer information whilst leaving the actual installation intact.
Microsoft retired the Windows Installer CleanUp utility on June 25, 2010, due to conflicts with Microsoft Office 2007. A Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 was instead made available.[2]
Citrix Workspace app 1909 for windows introduces a new installer switch called /forceinstall. This switch intelligently detects if a cleanup is required. It cleans up any existing configuration and registry entries of Citrix Workspace app on the system and retries the installation when:
Dear Sir, I an the cleanup tool and then I downloaded the latest version. When the installation was attempted it I get the message, "Nitrro Setup Wizard has failed". This is very frustrating for me. I am using your program for many years and always buy the latest versions when they come out. But now I cannot get the program to work as it always has. Thank you.
3. Extract the utility to the desktop (it doesn't always run from the zip)
4. Run the utility then reboot your machine.
5. Now manually check for left over registries from Nitro Pro (Run > regedit) and delete them. Make sure to save a backup before making any change. Reboot the machine again after deleting Nitro Pro traces.
6. Please clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installed in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.
This paper by Hal Berghel and David Hoelzer lists a whole bunch of products which claim to securely erase files. MFT cleaning is a feature of some of them. The paper concludes that only one product, Evidence Eliminator, actually does cleanup the MFT properly.
Paragon HD Defrag, which is part of Paragon HD manager 2010, and using the boot cd of that product, has the function or option to truncate the MFT. The utility cuts off any excess mft entries that are not in use. (nice)
The AcroCleaner is not an uninstaller and should NOT be used as such. Adobe provides the utility as a least resort to repair machines after a failed or partial uninstall. Always uninstall products via standard, supported methods.
I would like to request a library DB cleanup tool/utility within Emby. Seems a lot of missing, old, and duplicate entries cause many of the users issues. Especially if you move or change entire libraries. And I know the DB can grow to an unnecessary large size assuming a lot of waste in there. My library DB alone is over 1GB in size.
The Managed Reporting Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility(mrdtcleanup) enables users permitted to Manage Private Resourcesto clean up (delete) deferred tickets of Managed Reporting usersthat do not have corresponding report output on the WebFOCUS ReportingServer to which the deferred request was submitted. Running thisutility deletes the deferred tickets for deferred report outputdeleted by the WebFOCUS Reporting Server as specified by the dfm_maxagedeferred management parameter. The dfm_maxage parameter definesthe maximum number of days that deferred reports are kept on the WebFOCUSReporting Server after they are created.
Additionally, deferred requests submitted to WebFOCUS ReportingServers that are not defined in the WebFOCUS Client configurationfile (odin.cfg) are also deleted. Before running this utility, itis important to confirm that there have not been any WebFOCUS Reporting Servernodes temporarily removed from the WebFOCUS Client odin.cfg file.
The Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility (mrdtcleanup) is locatedin the /ibi/WebFOCUS80/utilities/mr directory. On Windows, thereis a mrdtcleanup.bat file and on UNIX-based platforms there is amrdtcleanup script file. You can run the Deferred Ticket CleanupUtility in interactive mode, silent mode, or help mode. Silent modeis useful for overnight batch processing. For information on runningthe utility in all modes, see Running the Managed Reporting Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility.
Each time the Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility runs, a log fileand a backup of the HTML file for each user are created. For informationon the log file and backup files that the Deferred Ticket Cleanuputility creates, see Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility Log File.
The Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility processes the defaultWebFOCUS Repository in the WebFOCUS Client configuration. The userrunning the Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility must be authorized toManage Private Resources. When running in interactive mode, theutility prompts for Managed Reporting credentials. When runningin silent mode, the Managed Reporting credentials must be passedas parameters to the utility. For more information, see Running the Managed Reporting Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility.
Validationof WebFOCUS Reporting Server credentials is not performed when auser initially specifies credentials. Validation is not performedbecause the WebFOCUS Reporting Servers to which the deferred ticketswere submitted are not determined until the utility processes ManagedReporting user deferred report information. Additionally, theremay be WebFOCUS Reporting Servers running that are not in secure mode, making credentials unnecessary for establishing a connection. Notperforming validation when the utility begins processing eliminatesthe unnecessary overhead of connecting to servers to which no ManagedReporting users have submitted deferred requests.
Becausethe Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility is a standalone program, youcannot run the utility in an environment that uses a Trusted connectionto the Reporting Server. As a standalone program, the Deferred TicketCleanup Utility is unable to retrieve credentials to connect tothe Reporting Server. If you must cleanup deferred tickets witha Trusted Reporting Server connection, use the Deferred Status Interface.
The Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility is an operatingsystem-specific command program (mrdtcleanup) that calls a Javaprogram named MRDTCleanup andis installed in the /utilities/mr directory under the WebFOCUS Clientinstallation.
Torun the Managed Reporting Deferred Ticket Cleanup Utility in silentmode or help mode, you must supply appropriate parameters. If noparameters are supplied, the utility runs in interactive mode andyou are prompted for each parameter.
