going to conference in Tampa

Hi,

I'm going to be in Tampa from April 14-18 for a conference. I have
reservations at the Best Western, Westshore Hotel, 1200 N Westshore
Boulevard, 33607. The conference is at the Hyatt Regency.

Is it possible to walk from the Best Western to the Hyatt? What about
at night? What are cab rates (the distance between the 2 hotels is
about 5 miles)? I'd rather avoid renting a car. The Best Western, of
course, offers no shuttle service to the conference hotel. Is there
public transportation, such as a bus, that I could use?
