Decision Made: Buying a restaurant

I need some positive feedback........

I am in month six of a two year planning cycle for purchasing a restaurant.
I am beginning demographic research, establishing a solid business/growth
plan, and countless other planning steps. By this time next year, I should
have the banks won over, loans and line of credit (available capital) to
keep an existing one going. What I need to do now is to start looking for
actual restaurants. At this moment it is more of a "tinkering" to get a
feel for the real estate market here in Miami before I buy. Does anyone
have any information or realtors that I can contact to begin the search?
Web sites? Phone numbers?
