103.5 and its changes, how much longer

why is it that every time i turn to 103.5, it is given a new name and
new look of some kind? first off, a lot of people like it when it was
SHE 103.5 then Planet 103.5 then about a year ago the station was
competing with Coast 97.3, which to most of south floridians gave
different music and represent music of a different kind to start with.
why change a good thing when it is working? that is my question
