We are seeking a RFIC/MMIC Design Engineer -GaAs for our Orlando, FL based client

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design of RFIC/MMICs in GaAs, RF Modules, PAs, LNAs, IF/RF Filters.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSEE or better
- 3+ years of RFIC/MMIC design experience
- Proficiency in microwave and EM simulation tools such as ADS, MWO, SONNET, IE3D, HFSS or Momentum
- Experience performing microwave/RF measurements
- Good communications skills

DESIRABLE:
- MS or PhD in EE
- GaAs experience
- Experience in one or more of the following: RF Power Amplifier design, RF Systems design, RF Modules, HBT, pHEMP, SAW or BAW filters, etc
- Knowledge of Cellular Radio standards such as GSM, EDGE, CDMA, and WCDMA, and experience in Thermal Modeling.
