SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor degree in Computer
Science or related area with higher degree preferred.
Typically 7 or more years experience in programming
and analysis. Three or more years experience with
some supervisory, management and administrative
experience. A good business understanding of
transportation functions would be a plus.
Requires a thorough knowledge of system and
technology alternatives. Unix and Windows NT
experience is preferred and Internet experience
desired. Must also have experience in a relational
database systems and have effectively developed
programs for relational databases, such as DB/2,
Oracle and SQL Server. Must have good oral and
written communications skills and a considerable
aptitude in human relations.
This is a permanent position, salary is negotiable.

DUTIES: Responsibilities include supervision,
determination of specifications, development,
modification, and expansion of highly complex new
and current programs. Full technical knowledge of
systems analysis and programming required.
Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling
the timeline and budget activities of the area.
Will work with client management to identify and
specify complex business requirements and processes
(e.g. diverse development platforms, software,
hardware, technologies and tools, etc.). Coordinates
with other areas (e.g. database, telecommunications,
operations, technical support, etc.). Perform
related duties as assigned or requested.
