We are in search of Oracle Applications Developers with Oracle HR/
Payroll, and/or Oracle Advanced Benefits. You will be responsible for
maintaining and enhancing existing systems and developing, and
implementing new application systems within their assigned area of
responsibility. Responsible for understanding the corporate data
model. Demonstrates aptitude in logical and analytical thinking. Able
to follow design documents in order to develop specific functions and
features of a system. Takes an active and participatory role in using
and adhering to technical standards and guidelines. Able to complete
very complex tasks with minimum direction. Prior experience in a fast-
paced, customer-driven Applications Development organization.
Demonstrates strong technical skills, including the ability to
understand technical bugs and issues, and to make suggestions as to
improved programming techniques. Experienced in following programming
standards and methodologies. Demonstrates good oral communication
skills, including the ability to effectively interact with internal
team members and management. Demonstrates clear written communications
skills, including the ability to produce clear technical
documentation.

REQUIRES:

Bachelor Degree or related experience with 5 years of Oracle
experience and abilities in one of the following technologies: Oracle
11i HRMS, Oracle CRM, Oracle Developer 6i (Forms and Reports) and
Designer, Oracle Forms 6i , Oracle DBMS (8i/9i), Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle
Application Server (9iAS), JAVA/J2EE. Demonstrates strong aptitude in
logical & analytical thinking. Able to follow design documents in
order to develop specific functions and features of a system. Must be
able to effectively communicate technical requirements, issues and
concerns to IT team members and to management. Requires solid verbal
communication skills. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.


Compensation: $75k - $80k
