Sr. Java Web Developer needed in Tampa, Florida

We are looking for a Senior Web application software Engineer to play a
pivotal role in developing a new generation of Web-based Human Resource
service products. The position requires a motivated self-starter with
the ability to take creative and developmental responsibility. As one
of our core engineers, you will be responsible for the design,
implementation, testing, and roll-out of the new product. You will have
the latitude to make critical design decisions and express your
entrepreneurial creativity in a small, powerful, and agile engineering
group.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of commercial Java Web application
development experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional
experience is required. Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent
Resident of the USA. (No 3rd party candidates).

Mandatory Skills:

Java core language, J2EE platform, JMS
Strong Design skills utilizing J2EE and GoF patterns
JSP, Servlets
XML, XSD SQL
(X)HTML, JavaScript, CSS

Highly Preferred Skills:

Apache, JBOSS, JTA, Eclipse IDE, SQL Server, JDBC, REST or other web
service concepts, Java-XML binding, production environment support UML
(class diagrams, sequence diagrams) Ant, JUnit

Preferred Skills:

Web based customer payroll applications
Web based customer claims applications
Web based Human Resource applications
