We are looking for a hands-on Java Architect to play a pivotal role in
developing a new generation of Web based service products. The position
requires a self-starter with the ability to take creative and
developmental responsibility. You will be responsible for design,
implementation, testing, and roll-out of the new product. You will have
the latitude to make critical design decisions and express your
entrepreneurial creativity in a small, powerful, and agile engineering
group.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of commercial Java Web application
development experience. At least 2 years experience as a Java
Architect. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is
required. Must have an entrepreneurial attitude as this position
requires a certain degree of creativity and latitude. Solid verbal
communication skills required. Candidates must be a U.S. Citizen or
Permanent Resident of the USA. (No 3rd party candidates).

Mandatory Skills:

Java core language, J2EE platform, JMS
Strong Design skills utilizing J2EE and GoF patterns
JSP, Servlets
XML, XSD SQL

Highly Preferred Skills:
