Programmer Analyst / Central Florida
Provide business and technical advice by translating complex business
requirements into feasible, solutions and providing quality computer systems
to support the PLIC enterprise.
Must be able to handle complex systems solutions without any technical
guidance.
Must know large system design technique, on-line protocols and the detail
knowledge of multiple programming languages and platforms.
Provide business and technical advice by translating complex business

knowledge of multiple programming languages and platforms.
Responsibilities: Develop business requirement documents,
Develop system specifications for complex business situations
Develop estimates & schedules, obtain customer approval for plan and to
proceed, Translate program specs, Build and administer system test plans
Act as project leader for medium to large IT projects, Validate test results
Assign work on multi - person project, Troubleshoot complex problems
Respond to production problems / on call 24x7 (on rotating basis)
Salary 50-60k plus benefits
