I have wondered about using the ashes from my smoker for just this type of
application. Yesterday I did 3 racks of babybacks and a pork shoulder for
some wonderful pulled pork. Was not watching NASCAR or SEMINOLE FOOTBALL.
Can't wait for the season to start. GO NOLES.

Every time i clean the ash out of my smoker,which is often.I dump the
ash around my cypress tress i planted 2 years ago.It is unbeleivable how
much they have grown.Between Gator football and Nascar we use smoker a
lot.
