Some other things I'm working on include some Japanese
Cucumbers and they seem to be doing pretty good, except
for what I think Mexican squirrels that are trampling over
them.
A couple tomato plants have died on me, and I'm trying a
couple more from seed, as well as some lima beans, some bush
beans, some pole beans. I've had good success with hungarian
wax peppers. Some purple basil is growing well.
I'm having problems with belle peppers though. I've killed every
single one I've bought from the store in pots. I've got a feeling
that the belle peppers just can't stand to be put into clay pots and
need a lot of shade. The hungarian wax peppers need some shade
as well.
I'm in Tampa, FL.
Any instructions or help available with a squirrel problem ?
Any advice around for growing green belle peppers ?

They also like a lot of water.
