Lots of water, fertilizer and light.
for the fertilizer, remember that bananas are high in potassium, and
they need a source. Too much nitrogen will help to make them "leggy"
but right now, that doesn't seem to be a problrm for you. I'm
thinking that you need more water, based on my experience, and the
little information that you have given.

Cutt off the suckers you don't want! Either plant them somewhere else or
burn them (to mininsie disease spread). Lease only three suckers max
on a stool.

Water, Water, Water!

Have you got them in a organic soil? Deep and rick in nutrients? Full sun?

Water, Water, Water.
