The vessel includes the following....................

- all spare parts (electronic, stainless steel extras which include
deck cleats, winch parts, emergency sail repair kit,many extra
plumbing parts,tools that are specific for a sailing vessel) which
have an approximate value of $1,800.00
- complete library of navigation, sailing, emergency procedures, 1st
aid, blue water sailing, offshore sailing, rigging books and much more
including a number of sailing related videos - value of approx
$1,400.00
- various marine paints including new (unopened non skid deck paint),
all brass fittings which include wall mounted brass clock, barometer
and temperature units, brass nav station lights, aft brass lights,
forward V berth brass lights

VHF radio (there is one already in the nav station area however, the
hand held unit acts as a second unit when in the dinghy)
- the Ketch is on dry land at the moment (has been since the survey
and work was done last August) and will be launched upon sail, at no
additional cost
- the vessel is free and clear of any liens whatsoever ( guaranteed in
writing)
- Florida State taxes will be paid by myself after sale is completed.

There are many other extras to numerous to mention, and to really
appreciate how much of a bargain this is....one should see the boat.
I have no brokers representing me therefore, I can sell for less
without worrying about the brokers commission or moving the boat
myself.
