- 9' rubber dinghy with small outboard motor
- brand new (never used) 45 lb CQR Anchor with new 80' chain and lots
of extra rode (there are two anchors on the boat)
- yards of extra 1/2" braided line
- brand new storm sail +( all sails include 180 geneo, main sail, and
mizzen sail)
- 2 detacheable shower heads for front and aft heads
- EPIRB (which is an emergency radio beacon transmitter), hand held
VHF radio (there is one already in the nav station area however, the
hand held unit acts as a second unit when in the dinghy)
- the Ketch is on dry land at the moment (has been since the survey
and work was done last August) and will be launched upon sail, at no
additional cost
- the vessel is free and clear of any liens whatsoever ( guaranteed in
writing)
- Florida State taxes will be paid by myself after sale is completed.

There are many other extras to numerous to mention, and to really
appreciate how much of a bargain this is....one should see the boat.
I have no brokers representing me therefore, I can sell for less
without worrying about the brokers commission or moving the boat
myself.
