Very low-level of radioactivity in North Pensacola?

There seems to be a very low level, but discernible, radioactivity going
on in the north part of Pensacola around 291 and I10. The radioactivity
sensation fluctuates ever minute or so, and it is less than the reading I
got outside a nuclear power plant near Frankfort, Kentucky. Doesn't
anyone make it a practise to measure radioactivity in Florida cities
where there is a possibility of such?
