>From what I have been able to determine in the Tampa Bay area the past
few months, there may be excellent reason for the major insurance
companies to withdraw from covering condominium associations. Many
associations routinely set up conditions that can lead to harmful falls
and medical claims for such falls. In particular, they water the lawn to
extent that the water runs over walkways as a result of improper or poor
sprinkler head installation and deliberate over-watering.

There is also evidence of widespread malfeasance on the part of builders
and contractors not leaving proper drainage facilities for the steam
pressure relief valves of water heaters and for the condensate water from
air conditioners. Sometimes this is covered up by the contractor using
tanks to collect condensate water in the incoming air path, effectively
putting condensate water back into the air handler during operation,
instead of finding a way to run the condensate to a legally installed
drain or to the outside. This malfeasance results in condominium
association claims for "dampness" which go back to the insurance
companies.

The elderly Democrat criminals who live in many Florida elderly
condominium associations are aware of these problems and attack anyone
who discovers them and wants to improve matters.
