p680 power supply failer

Hello all!

I welcome all opinions, please. It is said that p680 does have
redundant and hot swap power supplies. I have two of them (standard
configuration) . After a water accident one power supply 's failed
out. Now I try to bring up the server with the last power supply. When
powering on the system the power supply led indicator starts blinking
but that is all. The
operator panel shows the 1101CD00 error. The server can't be powered
on. What does it mean? Can the p680 be powered on and booted up with
the only one power supply?
