C. Obtaining this survey:

line, and your E-mail address and inquiries in the body of the message.

envelope will be sent. Be sure to include a note stating your name and
address, printed clearly.

E. Demographics: This survey is intended for adult, non Japanese women and
men, who grew to maturity in a country other than Japan, and who are
living, or have lived, in Japan for any length of time.
