websites for the purpose of racist and terrorist murder; the spreading
of criminal libel via Patricia Cornwell's hoax 'stalking' and

Author Patricia Cornwell has spent an estimated US $2 million in her
decade-long campaign to silence, ban, smear and destroy this non-Zionist
Jewish-heritage journalist.

Dr Les (Leslie) Sachs is actually quite easy to reach via e-mail, as any
honest journalist can tell you. - This is in contradiction to what you
see in some of the media articles attacking Sachs, where so-called
'journalists' claimed that they could not contact him.

The corporate media who generated various pieces attacking Sachs, seem
to want to avoid talking with him, or looking at his proof documents.
Moreover, after writing an article attacking Sachs, the US-UK corporate
media usually refuse to answer communications from him.

So far, not a single journalist in the entire USA has asked to obtain
the proof documents which support what Dr Sachs is saying on his
websites.

But for any honest journalist, Dr Les Sachs is quite easy to reach. -
Due to the evidence of US government threats to murder Dr Sachs in
Europe, he moves his location and changes his phone numbers at times, so
no phone number is supplied here. Journalists who establish their
sincerity will be able to arrange to speak with him or meet with him in
person.

There have also been threats and intimidation of lawyers representing Dr
Sachs, and the lawyers are still in process of preparing a set of quite
complex European legal actions - so for the moment, requests for comment
from Dr Sachs' European lawyers are also being handled via these same e-

To interview author Patricia Cornwell:

Perhaps the most direct route to interview author Patricia Cornwell
regarding her decade-long efforts to silence and destroy Dr Les Sachs,
is to contact Cornwell via her confidante and literary agent, Esther
Newberg at ICM or International Creative Management.

Esther Newberg is Jewish, and has been involved with Cornwell in the
efforts to destroy her fellow Jew Dr Les Sachs from the very beginning.
Newberg's name is on the initial documents relating to the instant
banning of Dr Sachs' freedom of speech and the threats to murder him,
and Patricia Cornwell has named Newberg as specifically consulted
regarding her attacks upon Sachs, and approving of Cornwell's actions.

From statements of people who know Patricia Cornwell personally, a
complex picture has evolved about Cornwell's obsessions regarding Jewish
people, which Cornwell perhaps inherited from the supervising foster-
guardian of Cornwell's childhood, famous preacher Billy Graham, who was
recorded denouncing 'the Jews' on the Watergate tapes with US President
Richard Nixon.

On the one hand, written witness testimony verifies that Patricia
Cornwell at times denounces the "dirty Jews", the "filthy Jews". On the
other hand, Cornwell enjoys hiring Jews to be her business servants,
such as lawyers and agents, and also enjoys lesbian sexual relations
with Jewish women - Apparently, Cornwell enjoys the dominance, having a
Jewish lesbian on her knees performing services for Cornwell.

The pattern of Patricia Cornwell, is perhaps similar to that of some
Nazis of 1940s Germany, who were involved in exterminating Jews, and yet
had Jews serving as sexual partners and also performing personal
services for them. An anti-Semitic joy in dominance over Jews can
perhaps take many forms, and an anti-Semite may specifically keep Jews
in their orbit to dominate them personally.

Esther Newberg is one of those people who has agreed to be a Jewish
servant of Patricia Cornwell, though quite aware of Cornwell's anti-
Semitic statements, and Cornwell's long campaign to destroy the Jew Dr
Les Sachs.

The question arises as to why the Jewish Esther Newberg would be
participating in a scheme to ban, slander and murder another Jew. It
seems the answer is money. Newberg and ICM have earned millions in
profit from Cornwell, and it seems Newberg goes along with whatever
actions will suppress critics of Cornwell and help Cornwell's book
sales, even if that means terrorising another Jew with threats of
torture and murder, or the burning of another Jew's books.

To interview Patricia Cornwell's major publisher, Pearson plc, and the
Pearson executive chiefly involved throughout Cornwell's years of
efforts to silence and destroy Dr Les (Leslie) Sachs:

From the very start of the Patricia Cornwell's efforts to have the
Jewish journalist Dr Les Sachs banned and destroyed, Cornwell has been
fully backed by her main global publisher, Pearson plc, which has been
publishing Cornwell's books in the USA under their Penguin Putnam books
division.

Patricia Cornwell's US publisher Penguin Putnam, was also the publisher
of the best-selling book by Dr Les Sachs himself, an anti-corruption
exposé of the US auto sales industry, entitled "How to Buy Your New Car
for a Rock-Bottom Price", which remained in print for thirteen years,
until Sachs' publishing and writing career was destroyed by the quick
actions of Patricia Cornwell's lawyers and US federal Judge Robert
Payne.

The figure at Pearson plc Penguin Putnam who opened up the hostilities
against Sachs, and then continued to spread lies about Sachs over
several years, is the US Penguin Putnam General Counsel, Alexander
Gigante, sometimes nicknamed "Alex the Gangster" for his ruthlessness.
Mr Gigante does not deny he is related to the New York mafia Gigante
crime family.

Gigante sent the first 'nasty letter' to Dr Les Sachs from the Patricia
Cornwell operation, Gigante boasting to Sachs that Patricia Cornwell can
use other people's ideas if she wants, and her victims will be helpless
to fight back against her. This was a few weeks before the letter
threatening the book-burning of the books of the Jewish-heritage Sachs.

According to US Department of Justice sources, Gigante worked very
closely with Patricia Cornwell's lawyers, Michael Rudell and Conrad
Shumadine, in the criminal scheme to ban Sachs' freedom of speech and to
threaten to have Sachs tortured to death.

Moreover, DOJ records and European police records show Gigante and
Pearson being extremely active in the attacks upon Dr Les Sachs after he
took refuge in Europe, and Sachs began exposing the criminal acts
involving Patricia Cornwell and Pearson.

Gigante and Pearson arranged for the publication of an extremely
deceptive 'legal essay" by a Pace University Law School Professor,
Rosario 'Roy' Girasa, and Pearson plc published Girasa's dishonest
article under the 'Pearson Education' imprint.

US Department of Justice sources say that Girasa is clearly fabricating
deception about the events by which the Cornwell gang banned Dr Sachs'
freedom of speech and threatened to murder him, and that Girasa's
dishonest essay is a clear felony crime of 'obstruction of justice' by
both Girasa and the Pearson plc and Penguin Putnam companies.

Professor Girasa does not deny he accepted cash from Pearson and the
Cornwell operation, to write his dishonest essay to cover up for the
criminal acts involving Patricia Cornwell. During the several years when
Wikipedia allowed Patricia Cornwell's own staff to directly control the
Patricia Cornwell Wikipedia page, and to use Wikipedia to spread lies
about Sachs, the main 'source' used on the Cornwell crew on Wikipedia,
was often this dishonest article by Girasa.

For his part, Pearson plc Counsel Alexander Gigante, himself took an
active part in trying to tell lies about Sachs and what had happened to
him, once again using the planted Girasa article as his 'source
authority'.

Under Pearson plc Chief Executive Marjorie Scardino, records show that
Scardino and the UK international management of Pearson plc, have
supported Patricia Cornwell and Alexander Gigante in all the efforts to
have Sachs banned and destroyed, and they continued to publish the
dishonest Girasa article over a number of years.

According to DOJ sources, Law Professor Girasa prostituted himself to
the Pearson company to help spread lies and obstruction of justice about
crimes committed against Dr Les Sachs, with Girasa writing a dishonest
article about the crimes committed by Patricia Cornwell, her lawyers,
and US federal judge Robert Payne. Girasa's deceptive article was
published by Pearson, and for a long time was the major fraudulent
'source' for internet lies spread by the Cornwell team regarding their
attacks on Sachs.

To interview the lawyers of Patricia Cornwell in the attacks on Dr Les
(Leslie) Sachs:

There is a large army of lawyers and law firms involved in working for
Patricia Cornwell in these past nine years, with Cornwell apparently
having spent an amount approximating US $2 million in order to have the
journalist Dr Les Sachs, banned, suppressed and destroyed. - Patricia
Cornwell has made it clear she is willing to spend unlimited money on
lawyers and in planting false material in media on the internet, to make
sure that Sachs is smeared and destroyed, and to increase the ease with
which Sachs can be anonymously murdered.

Given Cornwell's emotional hatreds, and the fact that Cornwell uses a
lot of alcohol and drugs and is easily manipulated, American lawyers
have found it very easy to pick Cornwell's pockets. And, with Cornwell
being what US lawyers call a 'friend of the judges', able to obtain
instant banning of the freedom of speech of her victims, and cover up
for most any misconduct related to her political donations, US lawyers
are eager to line up and jump in, in order to take a share of Cornwell's
several-hundred-million dollar fortune. Lawyers who work for Patricia
Cornwell, know in advance that regardless of what lies they tell, they
have almost guaranteed 'victory' for any papers filed with Cornwell's
friends, the US federal judges.

Many lawyers have put their hand in Cornwell's fat purse when Cornwell
is on a rampage, so this is by no means a complete list of Cornwell's
lawyers, even if one limits the list to her attempts to destroy the
journalist Dr Les Sachs.

This list does include the principal lawyers organising the attacks on
Dr Sachs, especially the ones contacting and harassing Sachs directly.

Patricia Cornwell's lawyer most directly involved recently with US
federal judges, in seizing control of Google and the search engines,
ordering blocking Dr Sachs' websites, and directly enabling the
potential murder of Dr Sachs:

The point man of the Cornwell legal team, helping the CIA and Patricia
Cornwell to take control of the world internet along with the US federal
judges, is James W Morris III or 'Jimmy Morris III' at the Richmond,
Virginia law firm of Morris & Morris, along with his assistant lawyer
Michael R Ward.

Morris is the key lawyer in obtaining the long string of 'court orders'
from the US judges to enable Dr Les Sachs to be banned and murdered, by
means of judicially intimidating Google and the other internet search
engines, so as to block the websites of Dr Sachs and thus eliminate the
principal safeguard against his murder.

Jimmy Morris is a leading lawyer amid Virginia's culture of bribery, and
Morris is on close personal terms with the group of US judges, who are
named in court filings as working with Cornwell to have Dr Sachs banned
and threatened with murder. Morris has joined the US judges themselves
in harassing Dr Sachs with a string of e-mails, along with the 'court
orders' to order the banning of Dr Sachs' journalism, and the blocking
of Dr Sachs websites.

Jimmy Morris is thoroughly familiar with the whole history of the
Cornwell attacks on Dr Sachs, and doesn't deny he has personally signed
his name to court papers making false statements about these events.
James Morris does not deny that what Dr Sachs is saying is true, and
Morris does not deny that Patricia Cornwell is a perjurer and a criminal
who has paid for extortionists to threaten to murder Dr Sachs in the
past, in crimes committed with Morris' colleagues among Virginia
lawyers.

But for James W Morris III, the truth seems not to matter, as Morris
believes he holds the trump cards: Morris has US federal judges doing
whatever he asks, taking control of the internet, banning the victims'
websites from Google, setting it up so the victim can be easily
murdered; and Morris has major media companies spreading lies for
himself and for Patricia Cornwell, so as to "have that kike Jew smeared
all over the internet". For Jimmy Morris, that's victory enough for a
'leading' Virginia lawyer.

In the last two years of Cornwell's attacks upon Dr Sachs, the 'point
man' with the US judges is the above-mentioned Jimmy Morris, but the
main law firm organising the worldwide attacks on Dr Sachs, and the
direct attacks on Dr Sachs in Europe, is the large global law firm of
WilmerHale.

WilmerHale is a law firm with offices in many countries, closely tied to
the CIA and US government, and apparently having no hesitation about
joining in the suppression of political bloggers, the banning of freedom
of speech and the crushing of independent journalists, and using US
judges to take direct control of Google and the search engines, to help
the CIA murder people in Europe.

WilmerHale seems to be the principal architect for the CIA-backed
'strategy' of going back to the same group of US Virginia judges who are
named in court filings as threatening to murder Dr Les Sachs several
years earlier, and asking those judges to issue a series of new 'court
orders' to ban Dr Sachs' websites from Google, so the CIA can complete
the job of murdering Dr Sachs in Europe.

Also, this international WilmerHale law firm, led by its Boston attorney
Joan Lukey, seems to have organised spreading many lies about Dr Les
Sachs via global media companies, the various lies that Sachs was a
'stalker' and 'cyberstalker' of Cornwell, lies that have now been
debunked as a hoax. Lukey and WilmerHale assisted in blasting these lies
around the world with the help of the CNN news network, which is
actually a branch of one of Patricia Cornwell's own publishing
companies, Time-Warner Books, as well as multiple other media outlets.

Like her partner Jimmy Morris, WilmerHale lawyer Joan Lukey does not
deny that what Dr Sachs is saying is true. Lukey and WilmerHale do not
deny that Patricia Cornwell is a perjurer and a criminal who has paid
for extortionists to threaten to murder Dr Sachs in the past, and that
WilmerHale filed intentionally lying court papers with US federal
judges, with WilmerHale directly making false statements about the past
crimes of Cornwell.

Very chillingly, one of the WilmerHale offices is in Brussels, Belgium,
where leading WilmerHale Partner Christian Duvernoy is responsible for
assisting Joan Lukey in the US-CIA project of taking control of the
European internet, spreading lies about Dr Les Sachs in the media, and
blocking the websites of Dr Les Sachs so he can be murdered in Belgium,
not far from the WilmerHale offices.

Under the cloud of her criminal scandal at WilmerHale, with the efforts
to have the US dissident and political refugee Dr Les Sachs banned and
murdered, Joan Lukey has now departed the WilmerHale law firm and for
the moment is working out of another Boston law office at Ropes & Gray.

The Patricia Cornwell attacks on Dr Les (Leslie) Sachs have been going
on for nine years. A number of the earlier lawyers for Patricia
Cornwell, are named in the US federal court filings made by Sachs, as
racketeering criminals who joined Cornwell in the original criminal acts
of having Sachs banned, extorted, and threatened with torture and
murder.

And e-mail records for European police, show that some of these old
lawyers are still active in harassing Sachs in Europe, apparently in
full partnership with the Cornwell lawyers Jimmy Morris and WilmerHale
as above.

Going back to the start of the controversy between Patricia Cornwell and
Dr Les Sachs, one of the things that comes out from the written records,
is that, in one sense, the controversy is not really a creation of
either Sachs or of Patricia Cornwell, remarkably enough.

It turns out that the real instigation of the whole controversy, was
Cornwell's own lawyers trying to create controversy on their own, so
they could earn several hundred thousand dollars in legal fees from a
gullible Patricia Cornwell. Apparently, Cornwell's lawyers view Cornwell
herself as a dingbat who is often on drugs and has an addled brain, and
who can be easily manipulated.

The real start of the Cornwell controversy, as documents make clear, is
the letter faxed to Sachs by Patricia Cornwell's New York City lawyer
Michael Rudell. Rudell's letter directly threatened the Jew Dr Les Sachs
with a book-burning of his own books, and threatened the Jew Sachs with
a ten-day deadline, demanding that he agree to this offensive book-
burning and to be silent about Patricia Cornwell.

Rudell seems to have calculated, correctly, that threatening to burn a
Jew's books would be very pleasing to the anti-Semite racist sadism of
Patricia Cornwell, and also that it would lead to his being able to tap
Cornwell for several hundred thousands in legal fees. It seems Rudell
was correct on both counts, as Patricia Cornwell has now spent something
approaching US $2 million, according to lawyers' estimates, on her long
campaign to have Sachs silenced, suppressed, banned and murdered.

Questioned today about his book-burning demands, Michael Rudell does not
deny that his goal in faxing Dr Les Sachs this letter, was to 'light up
a Jew', to so insult and offend a Jew that it would be impossible for
the Jewish victim not to respond. All the more so for a Jew like Sachs
who is a relative of Holocaust survivors, of Jews who suffered racist
murder after the burning of their books.

No self-respecting Jew will ever agree to a Nazi-style book-burning of
his own books, and Rudell was clear angling like a shark to make big
money from Patricia Cornwell, who at the time was under the illusion
that the devious Rudell was 'her friend Mike'.

It seems that it was several years later before Cornwell realised that
all of her attacks on Sachs, were really a result of her own lawyers
deceiving her and setting her up, so they could milk her for money. But
by the time Cornwell realised that it was her own lawyers who were her
worst enemy, and that it wasn't Sachs at all, Cornwell was in way too
deep into the whole scheme that her lawyers had launched.

As the US Dept of Justice sources describe it, Cornwell had already
committed perjury in court, she had already paid friends of the judge to
threaten Sachs with torture and murder, and Sachs was already a
political refugee in Europe.

So Patricia Cornwell feels today she has no choice, but to continue
onwards with the whole scheme initially created by Michael Rudell.
Cornwell feels she has had to continue to slander Sachs, spreading the
phoney 'stalker' and 'cyberstalker' stories, and Cornwell feels she had
to co-operate with the judges and CIA in trying to block the websites of
Sachs, and to finish having Sachs murdered. If Patricia Cornwell doesn't
finish murdering Sachs and slandering him all over the world, she may
end up in prison herself, so the original scheme of Michael Rudell
marches onwards.

Just as with Cornwell's Jewish agent Esther Newberg, there are also
questions about the 'Jewish law firm' of Michael Rudell, and why they
would act to have a Jew like Dr Sachs attacked and murdered. Once again,
the answer is money. It seems that for some Jews, they will not hesitate
to threaten or murder a religious Jew like Dr Sachs, in order to seek
profit and make money. It seems that the Michael Rudell 'Jewish law
firm', has a philosophy rather like that ascribed to Bernard Madoff's
investment firm - The biggest money is to be made by raping and robbing
and destroying other Jews.

And it seems that it was the Jewish background within the Rudell law
firm, that enabled them to know exactly how to 'light up a Jew', to so
insult and threaten a Jew like Dr Les Sachs, so as to create controversy
and thus to earn many hundreds of thousands in legal fees.

When Michael Rudell faxed his letter demanding a book-burning of the
books of the Jew Dr Les (Leslie) Sachs, his cocky confidence was partly
based on the connections of another of Cornwell's lawyers, Conrad
Shumadine of the Willcox & Savage firm in Virginia. Shumadine is quoted
as boasting that he can "milk" Patricia Cornwell "like a fat cow", along
with his friend Rudell.

Conrad Shumadine, completely hard-wired into the network of Virginia's
federal judges, was able to arrange in advance for an illegal and
instant banning of the freedom of speech of Dr Les Sachs, just a few
minutes after Sachs received the surprise legal papers, before Sachs
could even finish reading them.

Shumadine was able to have instant legal victory against Sachs, banning
his freedom of speech and journalism about Cornwell without any trial or
even a hearing, with just a phone call from a federal judge, a judge who
was eager to do favours for Patricia Cornwell, the good friend of the
President Bush family. US Department of Justice sources are blunt in
saying they know it was a clear bribery deal between Cornwell's lawyer
Shumadine and US Federal Judge Robert Payne.

Shumadine and Willcox Savage took the lion's share of money from
Patricia Cornwell, in the early years of the attacks upon Sachs. US
federal court filings describe a detailed scheme of bribery, perjury and
criminal extortion by Willcox & Savage, and how they used the instant
banning of freedom of speech as a cover, while other friends of the
corrupt judge threatened to torture Sachs to death in a Virginia jail
cell.

Willcox & Savage joined Rudell in filing legal papers for Patricia
Cornwell, demanding book-burning of a Jew's books. The Willcox & Savage
work for Cornwell set the whole pattern of Cornwell's attacks upon Sachs
- having the victim's freedom of speech instantly banned, while media
companies tied to Cornwell, rapidly spread falsehoods and deceptions
about Sachs through the media and on the internet.

Willcox & Savage was so cocky and confident of crushing Sachs, silencing
him, and having him murdered in necessary, that one of the partners of
Willcox & Savage, lawyer Gary Bryant, even made a videotape of himself
screaming at Sachs like a Nazi pervert, simultaneous with the threats to
have Sachs jailed and killed.

Conrad Shumadine seems to take pleasure in telling rather spectacular
lies in court papers, saying that the banning of Dr Sachs' journalism
causes 'no harm to Sachs', at the same time that Willcox & Savage was
apparently using this ban to threaten to torture Sachs to death, while
Sachs was banned from speaking about any threats against him.

European e-mail records show that Willcox & Savage is still active today
in the attacks upon Sachs, with partners of Willcox & Savage continuing
to e-mail Sachs harassment and insults.

Willcox & Savage do not deny that they continue to support the burning
of books, the banning of freedom of speech and freedom of the press, the
banning of political websites, and the crushing and destroying of
independent journalists.

Willcox & Savage do not deny that everything Dr Sachs says about their
law firm in the court feelings, and on his websites about the 'Willcox &
Savage bribery network', is true. However, as good friends of the US
federal judges in Virginia, Willcox & Savage seems content with their
'victory' over Sachs and forcing him to become a political refugee in
Europe.

Patricia Cornwell case lawyers with the fraudulent 'Freedom Foundation'

Perhaps most sinister of all the lawyers who have been involved in
profiting from Patricia Cornwell's efforts to have the journalist Dr Les
Sachs banned and destroyed, are the two lawyers in Virginia whom
Department of Justice sources confirm as engaged in crimes of fraud and
extortion with a fake 'Freedom Foundation', Thomas H. 'Tom' Roberts, and
'Tim Schulte' (occasionally written as 'Timothy' Schulte).

According to sources within the United States Department of Justice,
Roberts and Schulte are two lawyers working for Patricia Cornwell, the
front-line henchmen and extortionists who accepted money from Cornwell
(via Cornwell's lawyer Conrad Shumadine at Willcox & Savage) in order to
threaten to have Dr Les Sachs tortured to death in a US jail cell.
According to the DOJ sources, this was part of the scheme of bribery
between Patricia Cornwell's lawyers and US Federal Judge Robert Payne.
Tom Roberts himself boasted in court records of being a personal friend
of Judge Payne, and Judge Payne acted as a personal salesman for
Roberts' fraudulent 'Freedom Foundation'.

According to DOJ, the threats by Tom Roberts and Tim Schulte to have
Sachs tortured to death, is what gave Patricia Cornwell the otherwise-
unexplainable 'victory' in her original attempt to impose a US ban on Dr
Sachs' freedom of speech for the rest of his life. There was no actual
'trial' in that case.

According to the Patricia Cornwell propaganda, supposedly the
experienced author and journalist Dr Sachs, who had published and
written against corruption for many years, supposedly after only a few
weeks, Sachs just suddenly 'agreed' to have his own freedom of speech
banned for the rest of his life, to have his publishing company and
reputation destroyed, to live under lifelong threat of jailing by
Cornwell's friend Judge Payne, and to also spend the rest of his life
paying hundreds of thousands of dollars, plus 18 per cent interest, to
Roberts and Schulte with their fraudulent 'Freedom Foundation'.

It is laughably absurd. The Cornwell gang story is utterly non-
believable.

DOJ sources point out that this is obviously all a fraud as a result of
Cornwell's bribery, and Cornwell paying Roberts and Schulte to threaten
to have Sachs murdered. - Dr Sachs had nothing to lose by going to
trial, and appealing the illegal orders banning his freedom of speech,
and had shown himself an anti-corruption fighter for many years. In fact
DOJ sources admit they hold sufficient evidence to send virtually the
entire gang of Patricia Cornwell's lawyers to prison.

The 'order' banning Dr Les Sachs' freedom of speech for the rest of his
life, is not even signed by Sachs, but only by Cornwell's friend Judge
Payne, and various lawyers working for Patricia Cornwell, including
Thomas Roberts. DOJ sources also say that the 'apology letters'
published on the internet in Cornwell propaganda, are also fraudulent,
they are criminal fabrications of Cornwell's Willcox & Savage law firm;
and that these fraudulent 'apology letters' were imposed upon Sachs when
Roberts and Tim Schulte were threatening to have Sachs tortured to death
in a jail cell, making these threats on behalf of Patricia Cornwell,
Judge Payne, and Willcox & Savage

According to DOJ sources and to court filings and other evidence,
Schulte and Roberts described in detail how they would have Sachs
murdered in a Virginia jail cell, if he didn't stay quiet and submit to
the extortion scheme. Cornwell's media allies would publish another fake
'interview' with Sachs putting words into his mouth (they had done one
such fake 'interview' already) - The words in the new fake interview
would be fabricated to specifically violate Judge Payne's 'orders'
banning Sachs' freedom of speech.

Judge Payne would then immediately jail Dr Les Sachs, and when Sachs was
in jail, Patricia Cornwell would use her law enforcement contacts, her
connections with drug dealers, and her ability to bribe prison guards,
to see that Sachs was repeatedly raped in jail. Then, they would either
take away Sachs' asthma medication, so would slowly suffocate to death
while being raped, or they would perhaps eventually just hang him in a
jail cell, and then have Cornwell's captive media issue false news
stories claiming that Sachs was a mentally disturbed suicide. - Indeed,
many, many people are mysteriously 'suicided' in the USA, especially in
prison, so these threats were completely credible.

According to the DOJ sources, and US federal and Virginia court
transcript records, these lawyers, Thomas H. Roberts and Tim Schulte,
were in a double scheme of court fraud while working to fulfil Patricia
Cornwell's bribery of federal judge Robert Payne.

The first fraud was that of posing as lawyers for Dr Sachs, and
threatening to have Sachs jailed and murdered if he tried to fire them
as his lawyers. As Dr Sachs' freedom of speech was already banned, Sachs
faced instant jailing even just for speaking about how the lawyers Judge
Payne has 'appointed' for him, were criminals threatening to murder him.

Judge Robert Payne's general position was that everything Patricia
Cornwell and her lawyers say and do is wonderful, and Sachs is
'fabricating a scandal' if he criticises them, so Sachs must have his
freedom of speech banned, and instantly jailed if he dares to say
anything.

Also according to DOJ sources and the evidence files, these lawyers
Roberts and Schulte, while actually working for Patricia Cornwell and
receiving bribery cash from Cornwell's lawyer Conrad Shumadine, also
falsely posed as lawyers with a fraudulent 'Freedom Foundation', which
they represented as a national 'First Amendment civil rights charity
foundation'.

US government and Virginia state authorities confirm that the 'Freedom
Foundation' which these lawyers Roberts and Schulte represented in
written documents, in court transcripts, and on Thomas Roberts' website
(robertslaw-org), is a felony fraud that is not registered with the
Internal Revenue Service or other proper 'Foundation' authorities.
Roberts had spent a few dollars to file a 'corporate name registration'
in Virginia for his 'Foundation', but he has not done any of the other
lengthy registration work necessary before a 'Foundation' can raise
money or conduct public business.

According to the sources at DOJ, since Roberts has used his fraudulent
unregistered 'Foundation' to line his pockets with thousands of dollars
of other people's money and to conduct large-scale fraud schemes, not to
mention threatening to torture Dr Sachs to death, thus Roberts and
Schulte are guilty of felony racketeering crimes with their fake
'Foundation'.

Tim Schulte is originally from Germany, looks very 'white Aryan', and
like US Federal Judge Robert Payne, Schulte is quoted making statements
favourable to Adolf Hitler and against the Jews. Apparently it was a
thrill for Patricia Cornwell to have a 'real live neo-Nazi from
Germany' on her payroll, as one of the people directly threatening to
have the Jewish Dr Les Sachs tortured to death.

Among the documents held at the US Department of Justice regarding
criminal acts of the lawyers involved with Patricia Cornwell, in their
long attacks on the dissident journalist Dr Les Sachs, is a remarkable
court transcript of 8 May 2003, when Sachs made one last brave stand
inside the United States, risking his life to try and mount a defence of
the US Constitution, and to confront and expose evidence of criminal
acts by Thomas H. Roberts.

DOJ itself notes that this court transcript is striking, first that it
exists at all, and secondly, in the way that it demonstrates both the
bravery and skill of Dr Sachs in difficult circumstances, and the way
that, according to DOJ, it thoroughly exposes Patricia Cornwell case
lawyer Thomas Roberts as a criminal, with Roberts committing multiple
counts of felony perjury under cross-examination by Sachs.

The court transcript exists because Roberts and the Patricia Cornwell
gang, were too dim to realise that Sachs was prepared to escape out of
the USA with his proof files of the crimes implicating Patricia Cornwell
and her lawyers and the US federal judges.

This transcript from 2003 is that of a court hearing that was held in a
local (not federal) Virginia courtroom, where Thomas Roberts is trying
to collect part of the several hundred thousand dollars plus 18 per cent
interest (!) that he claimed he was owed by Sachs, for Roberts' so-
called 'legal work' in having Dr Sachs' freedom of speech banned and his
career destroyed, but where Sachs is supposed to pay money to Roberts
for the rest of his life, for the favour of not being murdered.

According to DOJ sources, the Cornwell group was actually planning to
have Sachs jailed and possibly murdered shortly after this court
hearing, shortly after Sachs' bank account and assets are seized for the
benefit of Thomas Roberts and Judge Robert Payne.

What Roberts didn't know is that Sachs already had an escape path
planned to Canada, with the help of brave Canadians. Roberts also didn't
know that there was nothing remaining in Sachs' US bank accounts, they
were just an empty shell, and the savings of Sachs had already been
secretly transferred to a bank in Switzerland. - Sachs had briefly
earned a great deal of money, hoping to hire a brave lawyer who would
fight the Patricia Cornwell group, but no US lawyer ever had enough
bravery.

The Cornwell case lawyer Thomas H. Roberts, did not realise that by
going through a 'court proceeding' to seize Dr Les Sachs' property and
bank accounts, Roberts was not only wasting his time - with Sachs' bank
accounts already in Switzerland, and Sachs ready to instantly disappear
and head to Europe to join them - but that Roberts was outwitted by
Sachs, into leaving a court transcript proving multiple felony crimes by
Roberts himself, and by the whole group of lawyers working for Patricia
Cornwell.

If the President Obama government actually does criminally prosecute the
Cornwell group, that transcript is one of the pieces to bring down the
whole gang, according to the DOJ sources who would like to see Patricia
Cornwell and her lawyers in prison.

There was actually no self-interested reason for Sachs to stay there in
Virginia and confront Roberts, and risk his life further by exposing
Roberts' crimes before a local Virginia judge. The safe and 'smart'
thing to do was for Sachs to simply disappear without confronting and
exposing the crimes of Roberts, as Sachs already had enough proof of the
crimes and extortion, to secure political asylum for himself in Europe.

But Dr Les Sachs nonetheless chose to risk his life, to battle for the
sake of the human rights of the US people, whom he would shortly be
forced to leave forever. - And Sachs did this, despite the fact that Dr
Les Sachs had been abandoned by thousands of US lawyers, all afraid to
confront what DOJ sources acknowledge are the proven crimes of extortion
and fraud involving Patricia Cornwell and a US federal judge.

Some lawyers had told Dr Les Sachs, that if he could manage to win a
victory in this one legal hearing by himself, alone without a lawyer, in
a courtroom with a local Virginia judge, then the lawyers might start to
be brave enough to start representing Sachs in wider court proceedings,
to begin to nullify the illegal orders banning his freedom of speech and
freedom of the press, and win a major national victory for independent
journalists human rights under the US Constitution.

But the Virginia lawyers were too frightened to start to fight for Dr
Les Sachs in court, unless Sachs could somehow start having some small
court victories on his own, without any lawyers. In other words, Sachs
had to by himself find some judges who were willing to give decisions
against the powerful Bush friend Patricia Cornwell, before any of those
lawyers would dare to fight against Cornwell and her 'friends' the
federal judges.

So Sachs risked his life to go into a courtroom, alone, and show a local
judge the files of proof of crimes by the Patricia Cornwell case
lawyers, in the hope of being able to at last inspire some US lawyers to
be brave enough to fight along with him.

According to Department of Justice sources and to US federal court
filings, two Virginia lawyers, James 'Jim' or 'JP' Parris Magner, and
Scott S Ives, both defrauded Sachs out of thousands of dollars. Both of
those lawyers promised to take legal action against Roberts and his
fraudulent 'Foundation', and to defend Sachs in this hearing, but both
Magner and Ives just cashed the checks of Sachs, and both abandoned
Sachs to be jailed and murdered, while keeping some of Sachs' money.

European police files, as well as DOJ files, show that Virginia lawyer
James 'Jim' Magner has continued to work for the Patricia Cornwell
group, with Jim Magner joining other Cornwell's associates in e-mailing
computer viruses to Sachs in Europe, as part of criminal attempt to
sabotage European computers and destroy the work of Sachs.

So, abandoned by US lawyers who would only defraud him, and never stand
by his side, Sachs gambled his life on 8 May 2003, a dissident making
one last stand for freedom, one last fight for the Bill of Rights under
the US Constitution.

Secretly advised by the Virginia lawyers who were too afraid to stand
with him in the courtroom, but who were tipping him off about the danger
to his life, Dr Les Sachs gambled that Roberts and the Cornwell group
would wait until after all his assets were seized before moving in to
jail and murder him. Sachs gambled on Roberts' own greed, that Roberts
would be too eager to take Sachs' bank accounts for himself - a
procedure which would give Sachs the few days of breathing room to
escape over the US border to Canada, and from there on to Europe.

According to DOJ sources, the brave banned journalist Dr Les Sachs, all
by himself, confronted the criminal Thomas Roberts, along with another
Virginia lawyer, F J Murphy Pepper, who was trying to help Roberts
extort money from Sachs under the threats that Sachs would be jailed and
killed if he didn't pay.

In a dramatic couple of hours witnessed by a Canadian observer, Sachs
spoke with great emotion, in courtroom that was nearly empty - because
the ban on Sachs' freedom of speech, blocked him from calling media to
see him. In the court, Sachs methodically showed proof documents and
established conclusively, according to DOJ, that the lawyer Thomas
Roberts, is a criminal with a fraudulent 'Freedom Foundation' who had
threatened to torture Sachs to death on behalf of Patricia Cornwell.

DOJ notes are, that this transcript shows Roberts confirming his
relationship of criminal collusion with Judge Robert Payne; that Roberts
confirms that he threatened to murder Sachs and torture him to death,
and that Roberts jokes and laughs about this; that Roberts confirms the
fraudulent and illegal nature of his bogus 'Freedom Foundation', a fraud
which Roberts and Tim Schulte and Judge Payne had perpetrated, to help
commit acts of racist terrorism; that Roberts commits multiple counts of
felony perjury, including perjury claiming he had never seen the
Cornwell-Rudell book-burning extortion letter, even though it is at the
centre of the legal files in the original Patricia Cornwell 'legal
case'; and that Roberts also commits felony perjury about the sticker on
Sachs' book, which of course was about P Cornwell's threats to burn the
books of a Jewish author, and not as the perjury told by Roberts under
oath, Roberts choosing to try and spread the 'plagiarism story' hoax

According to DOJ sources, this court transcript of 8 May 2003, is
sufficient to jail Thomas Roberts for the rest of his life, and to lead
to the indictments of all the other lawyers and judges and parties who
joined Patricia Cornwell's criminal scheme to have Sachs banned and
murdered. - According to DOJ sources, it is only the Patricia Cornwell
bribery of the President George Bush family, and the consequent
political influence on the Attorneys-General of the USA during the Bush
Presidency, along with the general US impulse to cover up for bribed USA
federal judges, that has blocked the criminal charges against Roberts
and the Cornwell group.

However, on that day in 2003, with Sachs alone in a courtroom, and not
able to obtain media because of the ban on his freedom of speech, the
local judge watching Sachs expose the crimes of Thomas Roberts, is a
black female named Judge Joi or 'J.J.' Taylor, who sadly seems to want
to curry favour with Virginia's white establishment - although she
listened and watched with some curiosity as Sachs exposed the crimes of
Thomas Roberts, and Sachs showed the files proving those crimes.

Regrettably, it seems Judge Joi Taylor could not rise above her reflex
to support a scheme of bribery and extortion involving a fellow judge,
even though Judge Robert Payne has a reputation for jailing innocent
black people, and Judge Taylor herself is black.

According to DOJ sources, Judge Taylor watches Sachs expose how Roberts
is a criminal engaged in fraud and extortion, and then without any
comment, she simply declares that Sachs must pay Roberts all the money
he wants, and that Roberts can begin to seize Sachs' assets and bank
accounts. This seems yet further proof that there is little honesty or
integrity among US judges. It seems that with the mafia of US judges,
citizens and independent journalists must not only submit to extortion
and threats of murder, but must pay money for the rest of their lives to
the 'friends of judges' who are threatening to kill them.

The fraudulent 'Foundation' of Roberts and Schulte also involved using
the name of their former law professor, Virginia Law School Dean Rodney
'Rod' Smolla, and a supposed 'network' of civil rights lawyers across
the USA. - The well-known Smolla was once in a freedom of speech case
with Larry Flynt of Hustler magazine.

Amazingly, Professor Rodney Smolla does not deny accepting money from
Patricia Cornwell so Roberts and Schulte could use his name with their
fraudulent 'Freedom Foundation'. Furthermore, after the banning of Dr
Sachs' freedom of speech and the threats to murder him, using Smolla's
name, Smolla was 'rewarded' with a high-paying job as 'Dean of the Law
School at Washington and Lee University - the very same law school where
Cornwell's friend Judge Robert Payne (who banned Sachs' freedom of
speech) has been teaching, and where Judge Payne himself graduated! - It
seems it is a very small little world down in Virginia USA.

Another aspect of Virginia, and what DOJ sources describe as the
criminal acts of Thomas Roberts and Tim Schulte, is the corruption of
the famous, well-funded but oft-critiqued US organisation, the American
Civil Liberties Union.

The ACLU receives much corporate money, and the ACLU is often criticised
for abandoning most US victims of the legal system, while the ACLU
trumpets publicity on mostly limited or trivial matters, often tied to
atheism or sexual issues, such as the ACLU-favoured 'Man/Boy Love
Association'.

There is much criticism especially about how the ACLU abandons so many
innocent black, Muslim and other minority prisoners. The ACLU seems
almost completely unwilling to confront corruption among lawyers and
judges, even though that corruption seems to be the biggest US 'civil
liberties' problem

The ACLU has not only long abandoned the US dissident Dr Les Sachs to be
banned and murdered, but has also favoured this Tim Schulte with the
fraudulent 'Freedom Foundation', one of the lawyers whom DOJ sources
name as menacing to murder Sachs on behalf of Patricia Cornwell, in
order to take his human rights away. Tim Schulte apparently sought to
align himself with the 'ACLU' label, to distract from the published
reports of his ugly involvement in committing fraud against Sachs, and
threatening to murder him in order to ban his freedom of speech.

The ACLU, while apparently having long known of Schulte's stated role in
extorting Sachs and threatening to murder him, astonishingly agreed to
accept Schulte as an 'ACLU-affiliated attorney'. Kent Willis of the
Virginia ACLU declines to discuss the ACLU abandonment of Dr Sachs to be
banned and murdered, and why the ACLU has meanwhile been supporting
Schulte, despite being aware of the proof documents implicating Schulte
in serious criminal acts.

For the name of their fraudulent 'Freedom Foundation', Tom Roberts and
Tim Schulte have been using the name of an existing real foundation in
Washington DC, the 'FreedomWorks Foundation' under US Republican
billionaire Steve Forbes, and former US Republican Congress leader Dick
Armey. Schulte and Roberts seem to use the name of this foundation with
the slight alteration of using a space between the words 'Freedom' and
'Works'.

Steve Forbes, Dick Armey and the executives of the actual 'FreedomWorks
Foundation' are aware that Roberts and Schulte have 'borrowed' the name
of their Foundation to commit what DOJ sources describe as crimes of
fraud and extortion, and threatening to torture an anti-corruption
journalist to death.

However, it seems that even a US billionaire like Steve Forbes, is
afraid to say anything about dishonest lawyers using his Foundation's
name to commit fraud crimes or to threaten to murder people, if those
crimes involve US federal judges and the bribery of the George Bush
family.

The spokesmen for Steve Forbes and FreedomWorks allow that, though Dr
Les Sachs may be a brave man who fought for freedom, and though he is a
witness to crimes involving the misuse of their own Foundation name,
that Steve Forbes is too afraid to say anything, so the policy of the
'FreedomWorks Foundation' is that they will just stay quiet and allow
Sachs to be banned and murdered.

To interview the CIA, Dept of Justice and US Prosecutor Patrick
Fitzgerald:

A central figure in the Patricia Cornwell legal cases, and especially
the recent attacks upon Dr Les (Leslie) Sachs in Belgium, is famed US
Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald, who represents CIA and US intelligence
agency interests within the US Justice Department, and who acts upon CIA
request.

Patrick Fitzgerald, in collaboration with a CIA, has taken a direct
personal and active role as a partner of the Patricia Cornwell legal
team, in the efforts to block the websites of Dr Les Sachs from Google
and the search engines, and to enable completing the murder of Sachs in
Belgium. Fitzgerald does not deny that he is directly helping the CIA to
commit criminal and terrorist acts on European territory.

Patrick Fitzgerald does not deny that he and DOJ are holding files with
full proof of felony perjury and other crimes by Patricia Cornwell, and
the evidence that Cornwell is engaged in bribery and federal court fraud
with US federal judge Robert Payne, and the evidence that Cornwell paid
friends of Judge Payne to threaten to torture Sachs to death. - But
unlike the small group within DOJ that wants to prosecute Patricia
Cornwell and her gang, Fitzgerald acted on the side of the Bush family
and the CIA, to cover up for the crimes instead of prosecuting them.

Fitzgerald had directly written a letter to the Cornwell group for the
US federal Fourth Circuit, encouraging the efforts to block Sachs'
websites and to have Sachs murdered, with Fitzgerald assuring the
Cornwell team that he will not prosecute any attempts to have Sachs
murdered, or their continuing to spread lies about Sachs to cover up for
Cornwell's crimes.

Patrick Fitzgerald and his spokesman do not deny that their goal, in
collaboration with the CIA, is to have Dr Les Sachs murdered in Europe,
and his websites banned and deleted all around the world, in revenge for
Sachs' work as a significant US dissident, with significant journalism
and evidence about the corruption of the US legal system.

Patrick Fitzgerald does not deny he was also seeking to commit
obstruction of justice in order to hide the series of criminal acts
committed by FBI, CIA and other US government agents, who have joined
Patricia Cornwell in the schemes to attack Sachs, to destroy his
journalism and to murder him so he can never speak and write again.

Patrick Fitzgerald can see that having the CIA and US judges join in
taking direct political control of Google, is a very useful tool for
murdering dissidents in Europe or for killing other foreign citizens
around the world. The control of Google search results to help the CIA
murder European or other foreign citizens, is something Fitzgerald
appreciates.

Patrick Fitzgerald now faces possible European arrest warrants himself,
for his active role in taking steps toward murdering Dr Les Sachs in
Belgium. Fitzgerald now has some embarrassment about writing his
'letter' for Patricia Cornwell and the judges, in light of the fact that
he knew perfectly well about all the evidence of Cornwell's crimes that
have long been held in Department of Justice files.

Potentially, to cover his own hide, Fitzgerald may reverse himself and
start supporting the prosecution of Patricia Cornwell and her group, to
try to avoid his own liabilities for temporarily joining the Cornwell
schemes.
