ms pacman jamma probs. please read

I purchased one of those Ms Pacman jamma boards off ebay. I tossed it in my
jamma cab and whalla, finally ! Now i have a kick ass ms pac man. I played
first game everything fine. But here is when things get strange. After the
first game i get no sound in the game at all. It will play fine, but only
get sound on the very first full game. This is the same in one and two
player games. Also I just noticed that sometimes when i turn the machine on
the ghost stutter along and when that happens in demo mode when I start the
game the ms pac man will not be going through the maze normally, but kind
over top of the mazes. Kinda like she is not adjusted corectly.
