Hello,
I am a Frenchman learning go and Japanese (in fact I just know a few
couples of words) but I don't have a master for these. So I am looking for
someone to teach me, I preferably have a master who wants to learn French
so I could offer something in return.

Go live in Japan.
Result :
Attend a Go school
Learn Japanese while in that community.

If not possible, then just play Go, read books and forget learning Japanese.

What you are asking is a BIG ask.
Other than that find yourself a Japanese girlfriend in France.
