MSN messenger annoyance

I have a win98 machine where a user tried to install msn messenger.
Everytime I reboot msn messenger displays a setup wizard. All I want to do
is get rid of msn messenger ...period. Any suggestions?

Edit the Registry key at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\run.
