Can I retrieve deleted text messages?

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to retrieve text messages which I have
deleted from my phone? If you know of a way to do this mail me and if
necessary I'll give you details of my phone. Thanks.

I highly recommend you to use a recovery tool to recover lost text messages from Android phone. 3 weeks ago, I mistakenly deleted an important sms from my phone, and I didn't have backup of this sms. There is no way to recover deleted text messages unless you have set up a back up storage on the device before you have deleted the messages. In order to protect yourself in the future you will need to download an application called SMS Back up so that you will be able to prevent losing your texts in the future.
