OpenLDAP client library on windows

I have downloaded openldap from Lucas Bergman's website:

It seems only good for the LDAP server. How about client side header
files and
libraries? I am planning to do client side development on windows using
OpenLDAp.

I also saw some postings saying that we can download openLDap on
windows using cygwin, but how?

Any information on how to get the header files and libs will be
appreciated.
