LDAP Server: MS Active Directory interaction

Hi,

We have installed OpenLDAP for manage user/group of all server Unix
computers.

After install, with the command 'netstat -aunt |grep 389', we have
some time any connection to the PDC (and some time backup) of the
Windows Active Directory.

The domain name is 'Internal.corp'

in the OpenLDAP server, the DN is 'dc=internal,dc=corp'

It's possible to have interaction between windows and unix side ?
we need change this DN for less interaction ?
