need commandlineoptions for mailclients

Hello,

I'm looking for the options to start netscape mail (or MS-outlook, ...)
from the commandline and to pass an emailadress and a textfile or an
attatchement. (like netscape.exe -compose C:\file.txt, which works only
with textfiles).
