Using downloaded segmented Files

Many of the files in user groups have been segmented for ease of download.
How do I reconstruct and use these separate files in my Windows Media
Player.

ensure all req'd files dld, listed; right click on 1st; combine & decode;
ensure order; wait for 5th "attach"; open
