I can download e-mail from my talking e-mail program also. Also made sure I have all the updates from Microsoft for XP also. But still nothing. Maybe it might clear up on its own. Comast said it was not their problem, but I might make it their problem soon!

Well now I can send e-mail but not recieve it. No firewalls either. Comcast does not know what to do. They say call Microsoft. Not going to pay for a call to them. They checked my settings a dozen times now. WTF!

Well I figured it out. There was a corrupt e-mail on my server preventing e-mail from coming to outlook. Not sure why. And it was not a spam e-mail either or virus. I deleted everything from the server and e-mail came back. Its a wonderful thing. Wanted to post this as a solution to future people with the same problem. Always remember to do the easy things first before thinking about re-installing everything and getting help from Microsoft dickheads. Or your isp provider which never suggested doing what I did either.
