My hard drive crashed and I'm unable to boot the OS with it. I was
able to put the drive in another computer and access the files on it.
I copied everythin off it, but I can't find the file or folder where
my e-mail is kept in Outlook Express. Can someone help?

I think, your explorer doesn't show hidden files and hidden folders.
If OS is WindowsXP,
1. Start Explorer, and select menu - ``Tool'' - ``Folder options.''
2. Select the second tab - ``view.''
3. Check radio button - ``Show all files and folders.''
So, you can find Outlook Express mail archives (*.dbx) in the child folder
of your ``Document and Setting.''
