Using OE with Adsl, anyone know a program that will put a notification on
the screen when new mail arrives in in-box??

Outlook Express does it. When new mail appears a small picture of the back
of an envelope appears in the notification area of the taskbar. Unless you
have "always show" selected for it though, it quickly disappears.(taskbar
and start menu properties>taskbar>customise>scroll to "you have new email"
and highlight it. The drop down menu has 3 choices, select "always show".
Then click "ok". Doubleclicking on the new mail notification takes you to
the OE inbox.
You can also play a sound. In OE, Tools>Options>General tab> fifth checkbox
down is "Play sound when new messages arrive".
