outlookex6 won't let me in

Hi all

outlook express 6 will not open for me log as my self. I've setup my
email log on as my wife where it works fine. as my self it won't even open
giving me a error notice. Outlook could not be started. The application was
unable to open the Outlook Express message store. Your computer may be out
of memory or your disk is full. Outlook Express could not be started
because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized. Outlook Express may not be
installed correctly. if you can help me solve this problem let me know I'll
check back later.
