This is a unique opportunity for everyone to present their new research
result on parallel processing. The symposium has been held annually
since 1989, and this is the fifth one. Even though the symposium is
held in Japan, it is open for every people either in Japan or outside
of Japan to participate. You may submit a paper in English and present
it in English as well. We hope to see many contributions in variety of
the fields ranging from architecture to application. The topics of
interest include, but are not limited to, the following:

+ Foundations, Computation Models, Algorithms
+ Programming Languages and Compilers
+ Operating Systems
+ Architecture
+ Databases
+ Numerical Applications
+ AI Applications
+ Supercomputing
+ Neural Computing
+ Optical Computing
+ Performance Evaluation

*INSTRUCTIONS*
Prospective authors are invited to submit an EXTENDED ABSTRACT which
should be no longer than 4 SINGLE-SPACED PAGES (about 2000 words). To
be considered for review, abstracts must include clear descriptions of
the objective, importance and novelty of research works. Send EIGHT
(8) copies no later than DECEMBER 4, 1992, to:

Please note that abstracts must NOT contain author names. Attach a
separate sheet with the title, three keywords, author names and
affiliations, postal and e-mail addresses, and telephone and facsimile
numbers. Abstracts will be reviewed by the JSPP'93 program committee and
authors will be notified of acceptance (or rejection) by January 29, 1993.
