I need to find a Notary Public in Japan. This is for an application to a US
univeristy (financial support form) and the applicant and sponsor reside in
Japan. I know the US embassy provide Notary Public services... but I am
wondering if there is not something more convenient. I know there are
"Notary Publics" (?????)?in Japan, but I am unfamiliar if they provide the
same services as US Notary Publics, or if they can provide this service for
a document going to a university in the US.
