Closer, but you need to try one more time. When I tried to decode it,
Shift-JIS nearly worked. From the fragments, it looked like you were
advertising for pen-pals. If you are, then www.yorihuzi.net is a much
better place to look than here.

How did you manage to get Shift-JIS to nearly work? It doesn't look like
Shift-JIS kanjibberish and none of the four choices offered by Jedit
worked at all.
DejaGoogle makes a better stab at it <http://tinyurl.com/j8du>, but
without specifying how and there are a few mangled character pairs in
it.

I agree that it doesn't look very shifty, but if I force Mozilla to use
Shift-JIS, I get:

Just enough noise to be unreadable, but I can see that he is introducing
himself, that he thinks his age is important, and that gender doesn't
matter. Smells like a pen-pal ad.
