Please tell me of Osaka new music. If Osaka is the true non-western
japanese culture enemy of Tokyo I at least want to see if they know
about music. I need to know if nips can write a song.

Yes, right. Funny that Matt is aware of the pseudo western, tokyo
style honorary white's(black's) music, but he doesn't know about all
those Kawachi ondo things and Enka songs that are often called as
Naniwa-bushi .......
The word Naniwa is an alias of Osaka, Matt.
Incidentally, singing a Enka song or a Kawachi-ondo in a Karaoke club
in Tokyo or Kobe often causes trouble because they don't like Osakan
type songs sung in their club. Especially in Kobe, many Karaoke clubs
in that pseudo-western city only allow western type music to be sung
by their companies .
