Has anyone experienced any port blocking by YahooBB, specifically
related to the overnet/donkey p2p network. Would recent arrests
suggest a new policy towards such networks...and what would the
implications be for people who use these networks.

not that I have ever heard of, i know of people that have used these
p2p clients as well as kazaa, dc++ etc. with Yahoo!BB as their ISP
with no problem.
