How typical - why not just have the balls to prosecute those who jump,
seeing that someone died. No, they will go out of their way to be polite and
kindly request people not to jump - but who is going to listen? Wonder if
Kentucky oji-san will make another appearance and be dumped into the
Dotonbori?

In fact he was pushed.

I've been going for Daiei as I do most of my shopping at Daiei and would like
another sale. I went for the Marlins as I couldn't stand a month of how Matsui
won the (American) World Series.

Matsui went 0 for 8 in the last two games. The entire Japanese mass media
dropped the story like a hot yaki-imo the very next day. Gotta love the
microscopic attention spans.

Didja see Monday's Daily Yomiuri? On the front page, it had a pic of
a dejected Matsui sitting alone in the locker room. LOL Now, can
someone explain to me why that pic deserved to be on the front page?
