Not able to include eps file on pTex 2.18 for win32, why ?

どうも、始めまして、はっとり＠ＨＺと申します。

最近、Tex にチャレンジしてみようと Windows NT 上で
pTex 2.1.8 for win32 を使い始めました。今、図の取り
込みにチャレンジしている所ですが、何故かうまく行きま
せん。今まで Tex は簡単な図なしの文章でしか使った事
が無く、Graphics 関係に関してはまるで素人です。状況は
以下の様な感じです。どなたかアドバイスして頂ければ幸い
です。よろしくお願いいたします。

・使用環境。
ＯＳ ：Windows NT Workstation 4.0
Tex ：pTex 2.1.8 for win32 ( web2c-7.2 )
Previewer ：dvipsk-5.78+jpatch-p1.4(ASCII)
& GSView 2.5 + Ghostscript 5.10 (for win32)
(どうしても Postscript に落とさない
いけない事情がありまして。)
Editor ：mule for win32 ver1.22 + yatex 1.62

・状況
いかに挙げる eps ファイル Output1.eps を読み込むサンプル
ソースを Tex でコンパイルでして dvipsk で PS ファイルに
変換し、GSView で読み込もうとすると、最後まで表示される
かなっと思いきや、以下のようなエラーが出て、表示に失敗し
ます。なお、Output1.eps そのものは GSView ではちゃんと
表示されます。なお Output1.eps は Windows Draw ver6.0
で、作成した作図ファイルの Postscript 対応プリンタ
（Canon LBP-A404PS）への出力をファイルへ落とした物です。

・GSView のエラーメッセージ。
