hi!
i'm using a perl script to manage .htaccess files (or to do any critic
commands)
i have a perl like this:

#!/usr/bin/perl -U
cat /etc/shadow <-- it's just to try something
'critic'
and i set its attributes to +x and +s.
the file work when i'm root and that i type ./myfile, but when i'm not root
(eg: user via internet (CGi)) it don't work...
what must i do... i work on SuSE 5.2 with Perl 5.00404...
