There is a Hungarian invention to purification the most type of waste
and used oils and convert this waste into the light fuel (heating) oil.
A simple plant (cost of it about $3 million US) using this invention
with 10.000 tones/year capacity can produce more than $1 million US
profit/year and with 80.000 tones/year (plan's cost is approx. $4
million US) capacity it can be produced about $7 million US
profit/year.
