Epson RX680 HELP PLEASE ! Am about to go crazy with CD/DVD function

You won't beleive this story.
I bought an RX680 and the unit was printing and doing all the
ALL-IN ONES functions except printing the cd & dvds.
So Epson replace the unit overnight.
The new unit was installed and I made my first printing on the cd and
another one on a dvd.
In order to print the front & back covers, I the proceeded to Press
on the CD Printer Tray button so that the tray rears down to it bed.
The tray was to trying but would never closed, Matter of fact it's now
slightly oblique rather than flat.
On my Viewver, I can read the following:
....'A printer error has occured, Turn off the printer and turn it on
again. Please see you documentation'...
Read that done that and even went to the web guidlines and Manuals.
I does not treat this problem. Can't contact technical service since
they are closed on the weekend.
Guess i'll have to wait till Monday, unless
A Great Newsgroup Wizard has the answer and recommedations
