Datachute PC Reader with Cisco Aironet 350 LAN card and NDIS 8.2.3?

I have a Datachute PCI PC reader running version 5.0.2195.2959 and
have been using is successfully with a Cisco Aironet 350 wireless LAN
card with NDIS 8.1.6. When I try and upgrade NDIS to 8.2.3, my PC
locks up until I pop the LAN card out of the PC reader. Then my PC
works fine except that now I have lost LAN connectivity.
