DVD only Voice NOT music ???

Hi evrybody!!

Do someone kwow if there is a software which is possible
extract AUDIO and VIDEO from DVD but without music?
I mean, I need to listen to only the speech and watch the video.
No listen to the music
than to everybody

Salve a tutti, non sono un esperto del settore, ma vi rivolgo una domanda.
Esiste un software che possa convertire i vari formati audio, specialmente
i DVD e che tale software possa esttere solo Video e Parlato?
Intendo dire, è possibile mettere in mute la musica e sentire solo il
parlato?
