hello,
I have just purchased an Olympus C50z from Amazon with the free battery and
card for 249.99.
They have charged my card for £307.00. They say that I did not put the
promotional code in when ordering. But the thing is that I did put the code
in and have proof by way of the confirmation email sent to me. The email
clearly shows that the promotional code was inputted and the total to pay
should be 249.99. I need to speak to somebody at Amazon because the email
responses that I am getting are from a robot. Does anybody have any
suggestions on what to do.??

Thanks
Peter

Yes, contact your credit card company and tell them to remove the charges
and that you are going to contest it. I am sure when Amazon get the
reduction from your credit card company you will hear from them. Then by
the time you hear from them you will be able to use your camera and decide
whether you want it or not.
