New camera requirements

I've got my Canon Digital Elf in the shop for repair and I am looking
for a 2 MP that uses a rechargable battery like my Canon. I've never
had any problems with battery depletion with this camera. I'm looking
at other brands for a change of pace and I like Sony, Fuji, Olympus and
Minolta. I don't want to use AA batteries. Any ideas?
