webcam use, software control...PowerShot S45?

i'm looking for a 4MPixel camera that can also be used as a webcam

furthermore, i want to control the camera using software

any suggestions for brands/types?

I was thinking of PowerShot S45, but i'm not sure about its webcam ability.
Any experiences with this camera are welcome!
